I’m a qualified Integrative Counsellor with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a Registered Member of the BACP (Register No. 414857). Alongside my private practice, I also work as a counsellor for Wiltshire Mind. My background includes a Master’s degree in philosophy, ongoing academic research into counselling philosophy, and guest lecturing in applied philosophy for well-being. I also have many years of experience teaching mindfulness and Eastern philosophies, which continues to shape my therapeutic approach.
My work is grounded in the belief that self-awareness is the path to self-transformation, and that we all hold an innate capacity for healing and growth. Through developing deeper awareness with a trained therapist, you can begin to recognise and understand the patterns and perspectives that shape your life, allowing them to shift and evolve rather than remain entrenched. Counselling provides space to cultivate this awareness and reconnect with your own natural strength, balance and wisdom.
I bring warmth, curiosity and compassion to each session, creating a space where you can safely explore whatever feels difficult. My role isn’t to fix you, but to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and rediscover a greater sense of ease, meaning and self-understanding. Whatever you’re struggling with, my aim is to support you in finding a more peaceful and authentic way of being.
